Zotac introduced the GeForce RTX 4090, RTX 4080 16GB and RTX 4080 12GB graphics cards in three versions of their own – AMP Extreme AIRO, Trinity OC and Trinity. New items are equipped with very large cooling systems with a very futuristic look. Graphics cards are produced in versions both with factory overclocking and without it.
According to AIRO, the GeForce RTX 4090 AMP Extreme uses a very powerful 28-phase power subsystem, which is built according to the 24 + 4 scheme. As part of the novelty’s cooling system, nine heat-conducting copper tubes, a large vaporization chamber and a huge radiator are used.
All new Zotac cards use large cooling systems with three fans. GeForce RTX 4080/4090 AMP Extreme AIRO graphics cards are characterized by the fact that one of the three fans rotates in the opposite direction to the other two, which according to the manufacturer improves airflow. Additionally, AMP Extreme AIRO cards feature richer five-zone customizable ARGB lighting and a durable metal backplate.
All accelerators are equipped with a 3-pin connector for synchronizing the backlight with the backlight of other PC elements. Also, support for a dual BIOS system with silent and productive modes is announced for all new products.
Zotac also announced that the Trinity GeForce RTX 4090, RTX 4080 16GB, and RTX 4080 12GB models will sell for $1,599, $1,199, and $899, respectively. The manufacturer did not provide prices for graphics cards in other versions.
