The Poco brand, founded by the Chinese company Xiaomi, has officially announced the powerful Poco X4 GT smartphone with an almost flagship MediaTek processor and the Android 12 operating system, complemented by the MIUI 13 proprietary add-on.
The device has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2460 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and a touch layer polling rate of 270 Hz. Implemented support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 5 prevents scratches.
There is a 20-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The triple rear camera received a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel unit with wide-angle optics and a 2-megapixel macro module.
The Poco X4 GT is based on the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor, which packs eight cores with a maximum clock speed of 2.85 GHz, an Arm Mali-G610 MC6 graphics accelerator and a 5G modem. The amount of RAM is 8 GB and the storage capacity is 128 or 256 GB.
The arsenal of new items includes wireless Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters, an NFC controller, stereo speakers, an infrared transceiver, a side fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port. It is powered by a 5080mAh battery with support for 67W charging. Dimensions are 163.64 × 74.29 × 8.9 mm, weight – 200 g.
The Poco X4 GT model will be available with 128GB and 256GB flash storage options at an estimated price of €380 and €430 respectively.
