Xiaomi introduced the entry-level smartphone Redmi Note 13 5G, based on the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 5G chipset and with a bright 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a main camera with a resolution of 100 MP and a 5000 mAh battery is equipped. The new product was launched in China, where the price starts at 1099 yuan, which is equivalent to $151.

The Redmi Note 13 5G is a mid-range smartphone with body dimensions of 161.11 × 74.95 × 7.6 mm and a weight of 173.5 grams. The phone uses the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset with LPDDR4X single-capacity RAM from 6 to 12 GB and a UFS 2.2 flash drive with a capacity of 128 or 256 GB.
The Redmi Note 13 5G features a 6.67-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000nits peak brightness2 and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. The front camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels is located in a hole at the top of the screen. The rear camera array includes a 100-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth-of-field camera. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging.
The Redmi Note 13 5G is already available in China in three color variants with the traditionally mystical names Midnight Dark, Time Blue and Star Sand White, which corresponds to black, turquoise and white.
Currently only prices for the Redmi Note 13 5G are available in the domestic market:
- 6GB RAM and 128GB storage – 1099 yuan ($151)
- 8GB RAM and 128GB storage – 1199 yuan ($165)
- 8GB RAM and 256GB storage – 1399 yuan ($192)
- 12GB RAM and 256GB storage – 1599 yuan ($220)
Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 13 5G at the same time as its “big brothers” – the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus smartphones.
