How reportedEarlier this month, the company paid certain amounts to individual creators, but now users from around the world who meet the specified criteria can apply to join the new program through the “Monetization” tab in Settings.
As explained, you must be and have subscribed to X Blue (formerly Twitter Blue) or Verified Organization (formerly Twitter Verified Organization) to participate in the program “At least 15 million views of all your posts in the last 3 months” and at least 500 subscribers.
“We want to keep the process as simple as possible so that all eligible X Blue and Verified Organizations subscribers are eligible for a revenue share as long as they meet the eligibility criteria and join.” the company said in a statement. Contributors receive a payout when X determines they have earned more than $50. How exactly the company determines the amount of the payments is still unknown.
