With the new patch, you can exit Elden Ring to the desktop without returning to the main menu

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer of the Japanese studio FromSoftware reported on the release of update 1.05 for their fantasy open-world action role-playing game Elden Ring.

This patch brings several notable improvements such as: B. Unlocked Bell Orbs now carried over to New Game+ and a special sound played when summoning tokens appear.

The patch also speeds up load times on Xbox Series X and S, improves multiplayer stability, and adds (on PC only) the option to exit the game to desktop without returning to the main menu.

Among other things, the update fixes a number of gameplay (related to skills, weapons, effects, bosses) and technical bugs. For the full list of changes see Bandai Namco website.

Elden Ring debuted on February 25th on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. According to the storyline, players in the role of the “vanished” must reclaim Interearth from six demigods and the new ones become rulers of Elden .
