Vivo introduces the iQOO Pad 12-inch tablet and iQOO TWS Air Pro wireless noise-cancelling headphones

In addition to the iQOO Neo 8 series smartphones, Vivo today introduced the iQOO Pad tablet and the iQOO TWS Air Pro wireless earphones. The tablet is an almost complete copy of the Vivo Pad 2 model, but it is equipped with a more efficient Dimensity 9000+ processor instead of the usual Dimensity 9000. The headphones, on the other hand, promise a battery life of up to 30 hours.

Like the Vivo Pad 2 tablet, the new iQOO Pad has a 12.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2880 × 1800 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The screen has an aspect ratio of 7:5. There is also an 8-megapixel peephole camera on the front of the device.

The iQOO Pad Tablet is mounted in an aluminum body that is only 6.59mm thick. On the back of the device is a 13-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro sub-camera unit.

The novelty is offered in a configuration with 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, as well as 128, 256 or 512 GB of UFS 3.1 permanent storage. The device runs on the Android 13 operating system with a proprietary OriginOS 3 shell. The iQOO Pad also claims to support an electronic pen, a 10,000mAh battery and 44W fast charging.

The version of the tablet with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of permanent storage was priced at 2,299 yuan (about $326). The maximum version with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage costs around 468 US dollars. The iQOO Pad is only offered in one housing color – grey. The novelty will go on sale in China from May 31.

The iQOO TWS Air Pro Wireless Earbuds use 14.2mm drivers. The novelty has an active noise reduction function. Thanks to the charging case, the headphones can be used for up to 30 hours on a single charge.

Support for the Bluetooth 5.3 protocol, AAC and SBC codecs, IP54 protection against splashing water and support for the Find my Earbuds function to search for headphones are announced for iQOO TWS Air Pro. In addition, the novelty supports a low-latency gaming mode.

The iQOO TWS Air Pro will be available in all-white, black, and yellow variants and is expected to be priced at 269 yuan (about $38) from May 31.
