Vivo introduces iQOO Z6 Lite, the world’s first smartphone with Snapdragon 4 Gen 1

The Chinese company Vivo has announced a mid-range smartphone iQOO Z6 Lite with Android 12 operating system. The novelty is the world’s first device equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor.

The said chip contains eight cores: two Kryo Prime with a frequency of up to 2.0 GHz and six Kryo Efficiency with a frequency of up to 1.8 GHz. The product includes an Adreno graphics accelerator and a Snapdragon X51 5G modem.

The smartphone received a 6.58-inch Full HD + display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch-layer response rate of 240 Hz. The front camera is capable of creating 8-megapixel images. On the rear is a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 22-megapixel secondary sensor.

The amount of RAM can be 4 and 6 GB. The capacity of the flash drive is 64 and 128 GB, respectively. Power is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with support for 18-watt charging. Among other things, a fingerprint scanner and a microSD card slot are mentioned. The device is housed in an 8.25mm thick case and weighs 194g.

Stellar Green and Mystic Night color versions will go on sale. The price starts at $145.
