OCS Distribution has published a short video overview of the platform’s capabilities for users Intel vPro, delivering business-class performance, high security and user experience.
The Intel vPro platform is aimed at the enterprise segment, offering users the latest PC technology in one proven solution and providing a wide range of features.
The four components that distinguish Intel vPro are:
- High performance. 11th Gen Intel vPro Platform PCs (11th Gen Intel Core vPro Mobile Processors and Intel Xeon W-11000 Mobile Workstation Chips) deliver 52% faster Microsoft Office performance, 41% faster office productivity applications during a video call, and up to 2.5x faster video editing in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Security. Enhanced security hardware minimizes the risks associated with security threats. Intel Hardware Shield Technology provides built-in hardware and software protection against external attacks, advanced threat detection, and protection of applications and data.
- Controllability. As a component of the platform, Intel Active Management technology allows you to use remote management to discover, monitor, repair, restore, and protect networked PCs and other devices, reducing their downtime.
- Stability. Intel vPro delivers business-class stability and reliability to IT services and end users. The Intel Stable IT Platform Program (Intel SIPP), which is part of the platform, provides testing to ensure that there are no hardware changes throughout the procurement cycle for at least 15 months or until next-generation devices are released.
