The first of the videos released is around five minutes long, while the second is over 38 minutes long. Both clips appear to have been filmed during Diablo IV’s closed alpha testing.

Exactly who leaked the footage and why is unclear, but the conversation at the beginning of the five-minute segment makes it clear that the operator in it isn’t a player. Apparently he streamed the video (probably via Discord) while others watched.

In the video, the player played Diablo IV as a barbarian: viewers can appreciate the hero’s mechanics and fighting style, pumping speed and interface. But it’s still too early to judge the quality of the project: many animations, sound elements and graphic materials are not ready yet.

Diablo IV is expected to be released in 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. It is worth noting that this is not the first leak from the closed “alpha” (Blizzard’s reaction was not long in coming ) and for the game as a whole .
