As promised by Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Jim Ryan, the Japanese company continues to release PS4 exclusives on PC. As part of the PlayStation Showcase 2021 online show, it was announced that the remasters of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will simultaneously appear on PC and PS5 as part of the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. This will happen in early 2022.
The announcement was accompanied by a trailer with footage from the aforementioned games. However, the video did not indicate what kind of improvements the projects will receive. Surely we are talking about minor changes in the graphics, because Uncharted 4 and The Lost Legacy have not yet had time to get very old.
Recall that in the fourth part of the series, users in the role of Nathan Drake help brother Sam find Henry Avery’s treasures. And Uncharted: The Lost Legacy tells the story of Nadine Ross and Chloe Fraser. The girls joined forces to find the city of Khalibidu, where an ancient civilization lived. Both games feature gunfights, puzzles, and spectacular staged sequences.
Uncharted 4 was released exclusively on PlayStation 4 in May 2016, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy in August 2017.
