UK charts: Xenoblade Chronicles 3 had the best start in series history, but fell short of this year’s biggest hits for Switch

The main bestseller was the role-playing game Xenoblade Chronicles 3, which showed the best start in the history of the series in terms of copies sold (the gap was small), but not in terms of earnings (the second part and the remaster were the first). ahead).

Compared to other Switch hits this year, Xenoblade Chronicles 3’s launch was the fifth-biggest behind Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Nintendo Switch Sports, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

Among the other debutants, the old-school action film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge started in eighth place and the tactical role-playing game with elements of the visual novel Digimon Survive in tenth place.
