portal press square shared information about the sale of retail editions of games in the UK from June 12 to 18 this year. The week was marked by yet another return to the front runners of the proven hit.
As it became known, the main bestseller of the reporting period was again (for the fourth time) the open-world action-adventure Horizon Forbidden West from the Guerrilla Games studio.
Push Square notes that over 95% of Horizon Forbidden West’s weekly sales came from the PlayStation 5 version of the game, while the PS4 edition attracted just 5% of buyers.
As for the leader of the previous standings, football action Mario Strikers: Battle League Football for Nintendo Switch has lost all advantages and has fallen to third place, leaving LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga behind.
The top 10 UK retail charts from 12th to 18th June are as follows (last week’s result in brackets):
- Horizon Forbidden West (3);
- LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga (2);
- Mario Strikers: Battle League Football (1);
