Twitter is currently rolling out the feature of pinning conversations in private messages for all users. Previously, this feature was only available to paid Twitter Blue subscribers, but soon all users of the web version of Twitter, as well as mobile applications of social networks for Android and iOS, will be able to access it.

In the Twitter mobile app, users can swipe right on any of the chats and a button with a pin icon will appear on the left. Once clicked, the conversation will be moved to the new Pinned Conversations section at the top of the Messages screen. The ability to pin favorite conversations, available in most popular messengers, is certainly very convenient, but many users will be disappointed that Twitter only allows you to pin six chats.
Keep your favorite DM convos easily accessible by pinning them! You can now pin up to six conversations, which will remain at the top of your DM inbox.

Dialog pinning is not currently available to all users, but the full rollout of the feature will be complete shortly.
