The design includes a 46mm thick heatsink through which four 6mm diameter U-shaped heat pipes pass. At the bottom there is a pressure plate that acts as a small additional heat sink. It is important to note that the tubes are in direct contact with the processor cover, which improves the cooling efficiency.

A 120-mm fan, based on a reliable fluid-dynamic bearing, is responsible for airflow to the radiator. Its rotation speed is controlled by the method of pulse width modulation (PWM), reaching 1550 rpm. An air flow is created with a volume of up to 112 cubic meters per hour with a noise level of no more than 25.6 dBA. The maximum static pressure is 1.53 mm H2O.

The version with the ARGB prefix in the name has multicolor addressable backlighting. It can be synchronized with other components of the desktop computer.

The new items are compatible with AMD processors in the AM4 version and with Intel chips in the LGA 115x / 1200 version. The price was not disclosed.
