Recall that the second phase of the tests (Europe) took place from 13 to 14 September not only on PC (Steam), but also on PS4. The creators mainly tested the performance of servers under conditions of increased load.

PlatinumGames underestimated the influx of new players – the studio hoped that with the addition of PS4 target platforms, the audience of the “beta” would double, rather than triple. Despite this, no major problems were identified.

PlatinumGames also reported on the visual and gameplay changes made to Babylon’s Fall, which the team had been asking for after the previous round of testing.

In particular, the graphics filter has been improved, making the game more detailed. In addition, the authors have reworked the combat system, making it faster and more responsive (see video below).

As for the third phase, it will take place on PC, PS4 and PS5 from November 15 to 17. You can try Babylon’s Fall for 48 hours. The developers will add crossplay, six challenging quests and the mentioned improvements.

Babylon’s Fall has no release date yet and is being created for PC (Steam), PS4 and PS5. Players will play the role of guards who are involved in an odyssey to overcome the colossal Tower of Babel.
