The text-based role-playing game Roadwarden takes players into a dangerous fantasy world

Publisher Assemble Entertainment and Polish developer Moral Anxiety Studio uncovered exact release date for their text-based RPG Roadwarden and announced the release of a new demo on Steam.

According to the plot, the merchant guild gives the protagonist – a wandering adventurer, a messenger and “Very Versatile Hero” – The task is to go to an unknown peninsula to expand the zone of your influence.

Players must explore a dangerous magical world to gather more data and uncover the mysteries of an unknown region, protect travelers, unite alienated lands, and repel attacks from bandits and bloodthirsty monsters.

Roadwarden promises a mix of RPG, visual novel and fantasy adventure elements with puzzles, dialogue and levels, over 40 hours of gameplay, thousands of pages of text and multiple playthroughs.

As has been announced, Roadwarden will go on sale on September 8 for Steam (Windows, macOS, Linux) for $11. Measured at side on the Valve service, the new creation of Moral Anxiety Studio will only be available in English.
