ZTE has launched global sales of the flagship Axon 40 Ultra smartphone, based on the Qualcomm hardware platform and the MyOS 12 operating system based on Android 12.

The device is equipped with a 6.8-inch Full HD + AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2480 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a touch layer response speed of 360 Hz and a peak brightness of 1500 cd / m2 and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. A fingerprint scanner is integrated in the display area.

The main feature of the device is the front camera, which is hidden just behind the display: it is equipped with a 16-megapixel sensor. The rear camera combines three 64-megapixel sensors, a ToF module and an LED flash.
It is reported that the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra model will be presented on the world market in versions with 8 and 12 GB of RAM, equipped with a flash drive with a capacity of 128 and 256 GB, respectively. The price is $800/€830/£710 and $900/€950/£810 depending on the sales region. Customers who pre-order will receive a $50/€50/£40 discount.
