Independent Belgian studio Larian in a new release on the Steam website shared the first details the upcoming seventh major patch for his Early Access RPG Baldur’s Gate 3.
As has been revealed, the upcoming update will require around 32GB of free space (not a record for the game) and will bring the total size of Baldur’s Gate 3 to around 100GB. How much the release version will weigh is not specified.
After past major patches it turned out that the seventh was not compatible with memories from earlier assemblies. However, users can disable automatic updates (the developers have also asked to remove mods).
The creators of Baldur’s Gate 3 have promised to share the details of the seventh patch during the next Panel from Hell broadcast, but for now they are hinting that the patch will bring something “cool”/“cool” (cool).
As for the release date, the seventh major update for Baldur’s Gate 3 “almost here” – publication is expected before the end of the month. The game is being developed for PC (Steam, GOG) and the Google Stadia cloud service.
