Google unveiled a number of new products yesterday at the Google I/O conference, including the mid-range Pixel 6a smartphone. As it turns out, the device does not have any of the important components that its predecessors had and were requested by many users.

Google specifically mentioned the standard 3.5mm headphone jack on its Pixel A series devices. The company even ran a two-minute ad for the Pixel 5A connector that parodies Apple’s design videos.
However, the Pixel 6a doesn’t have a 3.5mm jack. Therefore, consumers are encouraged to either use an adapter for a USB Type-C port or purchase wireless headphones with Bluetooth connectivity.
The Google Pixel 6A comes with a 6.1-inch (2400 × 1080 pixels) FHD+ OLED HDR display and an octa-core Google Tensor processor. The size of the RAM LPDDR5 is 6 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 128 GB. The front camera uses an 8 megapixel sensor. On the back there is a dual camera with a 12.2-megapixel sensor and optical stabilization and a 12-megapixel unit with wide-angle optics.
The Android 12 operating system is installed. The price is around 450 US dollars.
