Earlier this summer, Samsung announced the Galaxy A22 5G smartphone with a 6.6-inch Full HD + display, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor and a triple camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor. And now a new version of the device has debuted with the designation Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B.
The device has a rather compact design by today’s standards. It has a 5.8-inch HD + screen. The refresh rate of this panel is 60 Hz. A rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh is responsible for power supply.
Like the older brother, the Dimensity 700 chip is involved. This product contains eight computing cores with a frequency of up to 2.2 GHz, an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 graphics accelerator and a 5G modem. The amount of RAM is 4 GB, and the flash drive is designed to store 64 GB of information.
The operating system Android 11 with the proprietary One UI user interface is used as a software platform. There is a microSD slot for expanding the built-in memory.
The equipment includes a single rear camera with a 13MP sensor, a 5MP front camera, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 controllers, a GPS receiver, an NFC chip, a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The price has not yet been announced.
