Yakut Studio Fntastic unexpectedly divided The Australian portal WellPlayed has released new details, screenshots and a teaser trailer for The Day Before, an MMO shooter with survival elements and an open world.

The developers say that in The Day Before players will be able to explore the city of New Fortune full of skyscrapers, buy and equip apartments (non-PvP zones), drive vehicles and also build something “personal narrative”.
The Woodberry Survival Colony becomes a safe zone where you can find a job (loaders, musicians, etc.), chat, trade, complete quests to restore society, or just relax (sauna, bar, gym).
In The Day Before, the authors focus on the interaction between players and PvP (there will also be zombies of various kinds), although the question of the server population is not yet resolved – testing is ongoing.
The new The Day Before teaser trailer shows and promises a Lamborghini-like car around town “Best Survival of the Year”. The release of the game on PC is still scheduled for November 10th. A closed beta test will take place prior to release.
As for the trademark issues that caused The Day Before to not have a Steam page and gameplay videos on the Fntastic YouTube channel, the studio is confident the case will end positively and the Steam page will be restored soon.
Shortly after the release on PC, the developers promise to announce the schedule of upcoming updates (features, additional content), as well as the release date of the game on consoles – the project will be announced for PS5, Xbox Series X and S.
