Dataminer ScriptLeaksR6 revealed final name the next installment in Ubisoft’s The Crew arcade racing series, and insider Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) said details and release dates games.
Recall that in recent years the conditional The Crew 3 was codenamed Project Orlando, but last October, Henderson teamed up with XboxEra podcast host Nick Baker (Nick Baker) toldthat the game could be called Motorfest.
Based on an image released by ScriptLeaksR6 to members of the Ubisoft Insider program, the upcoming game is called The Crew Motorfest and is gearing up to launch closed trials in February.
Henderson adds that The Crew Motorfest was originally intended as an add-on to The Crew 2, but ended up being much more. It is assumed that the game will be based on a new engine and will be set on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
According to Henderson, The Crew Motorfest is the very unannounced big-budget project that Ubisoft is banking on in its next fiscal year (from April 2023 to March 2024).
An insider program leak suggests The Crew Motorfest’s official announcement is just around the corner. As for the release date, at least until recently, the game was reportedly scheduled to launch in early September 2023.
In addition to the new The Crew, Ubisoft announced Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora as well as Skull and Bones for the 2024 financial year. A successful company project doesn’t hurt now.
