In addition, the developers have confirmed that they still plan to release a remake of System Shock on the PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as running a closed “beta” for contributors on Kickstarter. Details will be announced soon.

As for the release date announcement, the authors don’t want any further delay, so they are in no hurry with the details. Nightdive Studios assured that they want to do everything right and the game will definitely come out.
