Black Shark, a gaming smartphone brand founded by Xiaomi, is about to announce the Black Shark 5 and 5 Pro devices. Information on the characteristics of these devices is published on the China Telecommunications Equipment Certification Authority (TENAA) website.
The Black Shark 5 model gets a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with an integrated fingerprint scanner. It will be based on an eight-core processor clocked at up to 3.2 GHz (probably a Snapdragon 8-series chip). Modifications with 8 and 12 GB of RAM will appear on the market. Flash drive capacity is 128 and 256 GB.
The device comes in a case with dimensions of 163.83 × 76.25 × 10.37 mm and a weight of 223 g. There is a 13-megapixel camera on the front and a triple camera with a 64-megapixel main sensor on the back.
The more powerful Black Shark 5 Pro smartphone will also feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen. At the same time, the computing load falls on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. The amount of RAM is 8, 12 and 16 GB, the storage capacity is 256 and 512 GB. The main camera will feature a 108-megapixel sensor.
Both new items will pack a 4650mAh battery with support for 120W charging. Information on the estimated price is not yet available.
