Recall that The Texas Chain Saw Massacre was presented at The Game Awards 2021 and is expected to release simultaneously on PC and consoles of two generations before the end of this year.

As has been announced, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre will be released on August 18th on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S and in Game Pass (PC and Xbox). Technical testing is scheduled to begin on May 25th.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is based on the 1974 horror film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The tape chronicles a group of young people’s opposition to the murderous maniac Leatherface and his family of cannibals.

The gameplay of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is similar to Dead by Daylight: members of the victim team must secretly and cunningly escape, and the killers must do everything they can to stop the guests from escaping.
