TCL will present innovative technologies and a Smart Connected Lifestyle Ecosystem at CES 2023

TCL Electronics, one of the major players in the global TV industry and a leading consumer electronics manufacturer, attended CES 2023. Visitors to the 1,600 m TCL booth2 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, TCL technologies and products from all categories of the brand could be experienced first-hand, demonstrated under the company slogan Inspire Greatness.

Technologies for a better future

On Jan. 4, TCL held a press conference in Hong Kong ahead of the start of the annual CES 2023 exhibition, where they discussed the company’s latest events and announced new technologies in the categories of displays, home appliances and mobile devices.

In times of prosperity or need, technology changes our lives year after year and brings new ideas for intelligent solutions. As a result, expectations of the responsible use of these technologies are increasing.

International Consumer Electronics Show CES 2023

TCL’s booth at CES is always one of the best ways to see the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, with interactive zones showcasing the hottest new products. This year, the company introduced a range of mini LED QLED TVs with ultra-large screens and the latest award-winning soundbars that offer cinema-quality sound to enhance the TCL home theater experience. To bring 5G technology to more people, TCL has unveiled its new smartphone models, augmented reality (AR) technologies and new full-screen personal display solutions. For the first time, CES guests could learn more about TCL’s sustainability activities at TCL Green.

Immersion Home Theater

TCL’s incredibly immersive cinema home theater is the result of continuous improvement in mini-LED technology. The 98-inch flagship mini LED TV series, which ensures the most accurate image transmission, was shown at the show. In its premium XL displays, the brand uses more mini-LEDs. And with over 2,000 local dimming zones for high contrast and a peak brightness of over 2,000 cd/m²2TCL’s light control algorithms help bring out every detail in the brightest and darkest areas.

The home cinema category also included high quality TCL QLED TVs from 75 to 98 inches with Quantum Dot Color technology, local dimming and impressive contrast ratios. Gamers could enjoy TCL TVs with low latency, high motion clarity and optimization for next-gen video games. Many visitors also enjoyed trying out the award-winning RAY·DANZ Dolby Atmos soundbars.

Living in a networked smart home

Through the Smart Connected Lifestyle Ecosystem, TCL is building an incredibly intelligent connected ecosystem that intuitively integrates new home appliances, affordable 5G technology, augmented reality and full-screen personal display to make life easier and better for users.

In the Smart Home exhibition area, visitors learned about FreshIN, an updated technology for air conditioning in 2023. It uses the patented fresh air supply system FreshIN Plus, which brings fresh air into the room from the outside. FreshIN technology is intuitive, with built-in sensors that measure air quality and display real-time results on the dashboard. The powerful air supply motor helps to increase the oxygen and moisture content with a throughput of up to 60 m³ per hour.

Mobile innovation and affordable 5G

At CES, guests were also able to experience the recently launched TCL 40 series smartphones, including the TCL 40 R 5G, the TCL 40 SE and the TCL 408. Each device is equipped with advanced NXTVISION display technology, a large battery and a 50 megapixel AI camera, so the entertainment experience is limitless at any time of the day or night. In line with the concept of “5G for everyone”, TCL 40 R 5G is equipped with a high-performance 7nm processor with 5G modem to provide ultra-fast connectivity at an affordable price. Ideal for long trips and commutes, the TCL 40 SE features a 6.75-inch screen with dual stereo speakers for immersive video and audio, and an adaptive 90Hz display for a smooth visual experience.

In addition, at CES 2023, TCL presented the upgraded NXTPAPER technology of the TCL NXTPAPER 12 Pro tablet, which delivers 100% more brightness than the previous version of NXTPAPER to maintain image clarity and further filter out harmful blue light while protecting the eyes of the user to protect the user. Combined with the TCL E-Pen, the tablet offers a stunning paper-like feel when writing or drawing.
