portal GamesRadar noted that one of the creators of the large-scale modification of the Resident Evil 4 HD project Albert Marin (Albert Marin) found a job in the video game industry.

As a reminder, Resident Evil 4 HD Project is an unofficial remaster of Resident Evil 4 (PC) with updated textures, models and cutscenes and a bunch of improvements. The mod was released in February 2022.
Marin started the HD project in 2014. Many of the textures in the mod were created based on photos taken by the enthusiast while traveling to places of inspiration for the original game developers.

The fan’s dedication and devotion to what they love has finally paid off. Posted on Resident Evil 4 HD Project Marin website confessedwho got a job at American Nightdive Studios, which specializes in remasters.
“I’m very happy because for the first time in my life I finally got a job in the video game industry. Thank you for believing in me Joel and thank you Steven for the opportunity to be a part of Nightdive Studios.”Marina wrote.

Judging by Marina’s page in a professional social network LinkedInhas been with Nightdive since January 2023, works remotely as a 3D graphic artist and is responsible for updating 3D models and textures.
Resident Evil 4 HD Project is compatible with Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition (Steam) versions 1.0.6 and 1.1.0 and will not interrupt saves and achievements. Despite working at Nightdive and studying, Marin is planning another mod update for next summer.
