From October 3rd to 10th, Amazon Games’ multiplayer role-playing game New World took first place and attracted attention 913 634 User. Last week there were almost 80,000 players online (highest in the last 24 hours: 71,527).

New World surpassed other paid games thanks to the release of the Rise of the Angry Earth add-on (fifth place) with a new location, an increase in the maximum development level, riding horses and other content and features. However, reviews of the DLC were “mixed” (58% based on 783 reviews): Buyers complain about server and balance issues, as well as high prices and late innovation.

What else happened on the chart:

  • The EA Sports FC 24 simulator, which broke the FIFA 23 record for number of players upon release, climbed to second place despite a decline in online play (61 117 people with peak levels in the last 24 hours);
  • The action role-playing game Elden Ring climbed back into the top ten for the first time in a long time thanks to 34 percent Discountvalid until the evening of October 19th (peak value in the last 24 hours – 50 318 User);
  • Discount helped increase sales of the cooperative shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide – it immediately returned to the top 100 at number ten (until October 18, the basic version is 35% cheaper, the extended edition is 50% cheaper);
  • Another co-op shooter, Hunt: Showdown, moved from 53rd to 12th place after release Tide of Corruption events and shares Discounts from 50% to 60% for various releases (ends October 13);
  • Four weeks after release (excluding Early Access), Starfield left the top 10;
  • The best new product (not counting Rise of the Angry Earth) was the racing simulator Forza Motorsport, but the start was weak: 13th place, “mixed” reviews (44% based on 612 reviews) and 4703 Players at their peak. You notice poor optimization, bugs and low-quality graphics on PCs;

  • The second most popular release, tactical RPG Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless, debuted at number 15 in reviews 79% Based on 300 reviews and personal online data 2597 User;

  • Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, a former Epic Games Store exclusive, opened slightly lower (from #19) (Rating based on thousands of reviews – 80%, 1804 spades player);
