Steam Weekly Chart: Atomic Heart made the top 10 but lost to another successful release

Valve changed the format of the weekly Steam chart: it is now updated every Tuesday, includes shareware games and is not limited to ten lines, and various releases are combined in one position. IN fresh top 10 hit Atomic Heart, but the shooter didn’t reach the first line.

The table was topped by the early access novelty – survival simulator Sons of the Forest. Previously, the developers said that it was purchased more than 2 million times in the first 24 hours. The online peak is reached three days after publication 414 257 users (personal record), after which it began to decrease (peak in the past day – 255,711). The game has received more than 56,000 reviews on which its rating is based 81%.

After four weeks of leadership, Hogwarts Legacy dropped to second place. The role-playing action continues to lose audience: The maximum number of simultaneous users over the past day is 216 634 (All-time peak – 879,308). Recently, Warner Bros. Games reported 12 million copies of the game sold across all platforms.

Atomic Heart, which ranked 12th last week, moved up to third place after the official release. Online is gradually declining: the peak is in the last 24 hours 17 191 Players (max since release – 38,469). Buyers left more than 10,000 reviews, based on which the project is evaluated 86%.

The space simulator Kerbal Space Program 2, released in Early Access, debuted at number four. The game has “mixed” reviews: the proportion of positive reviews – 50% (Total ratings – more than nine thousand). Buyers complain about the optimization, the inconvenience of the new interface, the lack of content, the lack of features from the first part and the high price ($ 50) for Early Access standards. In the beginning, online rose 25 724 users, after which it began to fall rapidly (peak in the past day – 6642).

“Mixed” reviews (62%, in total – almost five thousand reviews) also received Company of Heroes 3. The strategy was not released in Early Access, but it is also criticized for a small amount of content and numerous shortcomings. The game is in sixth place, peak online – 36 646 Human.
