Star Wars Outlaws allows you to work for and even betray Jabba the Hutt – new details and video about the making of the game

Massive Entertainment Developers and LucasFilm employees at San Diego Comic-Con divided new details of its open-world action-adventure Star Wars Outlaws.

Remember that the events of Star Wars Outlaws will take place between the fifth and sixth episodes of the saga. The battle between the Empire and the Resistance is in full swing and the crime syndicates have more room to thrive.

In the Star Wars universe, the Outlaws operate both familiar and new Star Wars factions. For example, players can work for Jabba the Hutt and betray him if they wish – in which case you can expect a reward for your head.

Inspired by the African savannas, the moon Toshara invented for the game was created specifically for the main character’s speeder, “cunning rascal” Kay Vess. The transport can be individualized and called up at the push of a button.

Kay’s Trailblazer is a spaceship that lets you travel across the galaxy. The heroine didn’t buy the ship, but “Irrevocably Borrowed” and will be able to learn a lot of interesting things about him as the game progresses (also by learning from the inside).

They also promise weather events at least on Toshar and the opportunity to visit the Mos Eisley spaceport on Tatooine. Creative Director Julian Gerighty implied on the in-game cooking system.

Star Wars Outlaws is coming to PC, PS5, Xbox Series in 2024 “one of the greatest heists in the history of the Outer Rim”.
