Square Enix can boast of the early successes of Triangle Strategy

Publisher Square Enix in the official Japanese microblog of their tactical role-playing game Triangle Strategy divided their first successes at international and local level.

As it became known, in two weeks since the release of Triangle Strategy, almost 800,000 copies have been sold around the world. We are talking about deliveries to retail stores as well as implemented digital versions.

As for Triangle Strategy’s success in the local market, the home country of Japan and the entire Asian region accounted for more than a quarter of the project’s total sales – 200,000 copies.

To celebrate Triangle Strategy reaching this sales milestone, the developers have also released an illustration by Naoki Ikushima, the artist behind the original Bravely Default and Octopath Traveler.

Triangle Strategy debuted on the Nintendo Switch on March 4th. According to the storyline, players are given the role of Serenoa, the crown prince of the Kingdom of Glenbrook, who is drawn into it along with his squad “a web of intrigues and conspiracies”.
