The product (code FUS-SSD-2X4-E3S) is equipped with two M.2 connectors for connecting solid-state modules in 2280 format with a PCIe interface (NVMe specification). The total capacity can reach 16TB.
The card requires a PCIe 3.0 x8 slot. The novelty has a flat design, and the package includes mounting strips of standard and reduced height. Guaranteed compatibility with macOS, Linux and Windows operating systems.
Solid state modules in an expansion card can be combined into a RAID 0/1 array. In the first case, as mentioned, the data transfer rate reaches 6600 MB / s, and in the second case increased reliability is provided due to information mirroring.
A passive cooling system with a radiator is used. Estimated price for new items is $200.
