The user has replaced a number of textures in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition, including all major roads, sidewalks, concrete, sand, mud, rocks and more. The modder is still working on the modification, but immediately warns: the mod is not designed to change every texture in the game, but improves those that you most often meet.

It is noteworthy that 90% of the textures of the modification are in 4K resolution, although in the future the modder may lower their quality in order to reduce the file size. You can evaluate how the modification looks like in the screenshots below.

The collection came out with a significant number of technical problems, as well as with allegedly unintended material in the game files, such as unlicensed music and developer notes. Rockstar Games has taken on the job of helping out the fixes, but the console versions currently have the worst user ratings. Metacritic in the entire history of the aggregator.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was released on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch on November 11.
