Information about a Xiaomi smartphone with the code designation 2203121C has appeared in the Geekbench benchmark. It is expected that this powerful device will come to the commercial market under the name MIX 5.
The test uses the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. This chip combines eight processor cores clocked at up to 3.0 GHz, a new generation graphics accelerator and an advanced 5G modem.
The Geekbench-listed version of the smartphone had 12GB of RAM on board, but other variants are also available for sale. Android 12 is installed as the operating system (probably with a proprietary add-on MIUI 13).
According to rumors, the novelty will receive a 48-megapixel front camera. The rear camera will reportedly feature a 50-megapixel unit with optical stabilization, a 48-megapixel module with ultra-wide-angle optics, and a 48-megapixel telephoto unit with 2x zoom.
In addition, the MIX 5 Pro smartphone should appear with an improved camera system. According to the available information, the proprietary processor Surge C2 can become the main processor of this device.
