On September 22, the Chinese company Realme has scheduled the announcement of a productive GT Neo2 smartphone based on the Qualcomm platform. As network sources now report, the novelty may also appear in a modification with a MediaTek chip.
Official teasers say that the device will be based on the Snapdragon 870 processor. This product combines eight Kryo 585 cores with a clock speed of up to 3.2 GHz, an Adreno 650 graphics accelerator and a Snapdragon X55 5G cellular modem.
The smartphone will be equipped with a display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a small hole in the upper left corner for the front 16-megapixel camera. The triple rear camera will include a 64-megapixel main sensor.
Power will be provided by a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery with support for fast 65-watt charging. It will take 36 minutes to fully replenish the energy reserve.
As the tech blog Digital Chat Station now reports, the GT Neo2 smartphone can also come in a modification with a Dimensity 1200 processor. The chip contains eight cores (up to 3 GHz), a G77 MC9 GPU and a 5G modem.
This version of the device will allegedly receive a 4500 mAh battery with support for recharging with a capacity of 65 W. A fingerprint scanner will be located in the screen area. It is not yet clear whether this variant will debut along with the basic version of the smartphone or whether the presentation will take place at a later date.
