The i.MX 8M Mini chip is used with four Arm Cortex A53 processing cores, operating at a clock frequency of up to 1.8 GHz. There is an additional Cortex-M4 core, and the Vivante controller is responsible for graphics processing. The volume of LPDDR4 RAM can be from 1 to 4 GB.

The solution is made in Raspberry Pi format. There are four USB Type-A ports, a USB Type-C connector, HDMI 1.4 interface with 4K image output, a standard 3.5 mm audio jack.

The equipment includes a Gigabit Ethernet controller with a corresponding connector for connecting a network cable. Optionally, a module with support for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 wireless communication can be installed.

The board measures only 85 × 56 mm. There is a 40-pin GPIO header compatible with the Raspberry Pi. We are talking about the release of versions with a range of operating temperatures from 0 ° C to 95 ° C and from -40 ° C to 105 ° C.
