Silicon Power releases DDR5 SO-DIMM memory modules for laptops

Silicon Power (SP) has announced new DDR5 memory modules for use in portable computers. Products are manufactured in SO-DIMM form factor with dimensions of 30.0 × 69.6 mm.

The presented solutions operate at a frequency of 4800 MHz with a supply voltage of 1.1 V. Delay – CL40. The manufacturer grants a lifetime guarantee.

The series includes modules with a capacity of 8, 16 and 32 GB. They will be available in sets of two with a total capacity of 16, 32 and 64 GB.

The products feature an integrated Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) for accurate power transfer and improved energy efficiency. In addition, the solutions are equipped with the ECC (On-Die Error Correction Code) function, which independently corrects errors in memory cells.
