Silicon Power has announced the solid state drives Xpower XS70 for use in gaming computers. The devices are manufactured in the M.2 2280 form factor.

The PCIe 4.0 x4 interface (NVMe 1.4 specification) is used for data exchange. The sequential reading speed of information reaches 7300 MB / s, the sequential writing speed is 6800 MB / s.
The family includes three models – with a capacity of 1, 2 and 4 TB. A heat sink made of aluminum alloy is provided.
The overall dimensions of the products are 24.6 × 80.0 × 10.8 mm, weight – about 33 g. According to the developer, the mean time between failures (MTBF) reaches 1.6 million hours. The drives come with a five-year warranty.
We are talking about compatibility with computers running Microsoft Windows operating systems. Unfortunately, there is no information about the estimated price of new products at the moment.
