Scythe has released a new version of the premium CPU cooler Fuma 2 – the novelty is called foma 2 Rev B The updated model retained the previous design with an asymmetric radiator consisting of two towers. The changes affected the fans and the radiator mounting system.
The updated Scythe Fuma 2 Rev.B cooler uses Kaze Flex II 120 fans that work at speeds up to 1500 rpm. The original version of the cooling system was equipped with fans that worked at speeds up to 1200 rpm.
The new Scythe HPMS IV mounting system is now fully compatible with 12th Gen Intel Core LGA 1700 processors. In addition, Scythe Fuma 2 Rev. B is available with Intel LGA 1200, 115x, 2066 and 2011(-3) processor sockets and also compatible AMD AM4, AM3, AM3+, AM2, AM2+, FM2 and FM1.
Mounted between the two towers is a Kaze Flex II 120 PWM fan, connected to the base with six 6mm copper heat pipes. A thin Kaze Flex II 120 Slim PWM is attached to the outside. The speed range of both fans is 300-1500 rpm. They generate an airflow of 115 and 67 m3/h, and their noise level does not exceed 28.6 and 23.8 dB, respectively.
The dimensions of the Scythe Fuma 2 Rev.B radiator are 137 × 129 × 155 mm, and the weight is 1 kg.
