The Galaxy F14 has a 6.6-inch display. The PLS sensor provides support for 2408 × 1080 pixels (corresponding to the FHD+ format) and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The display is protected from mechanical damage by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. At the top of the display is a teardrop-shaped cutout that houses a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. A dual main camera is installed on the back of the case: a 50-megapixel sensor is supplemented by a 2-megapixel macro module and an LED flash.

Responsible for the performance is a Samsung Exynos 1330 microprocessor with eight cores (two Cortex-A78 cores up to 2.4 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores up to 2.0 GHz), manufactured in a 5 nm process technology. The MP2 accelerator Mali-G68 is responsible for graphics processing. The built-in 5G modem enables operation in fifth-generation communication networks. The device will be available in versions with 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Autonomous operation is provided by a 6000 mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 25 watts. A USB Type-C interface is provided for recharging.

Wireless connectivity is provided by built-in Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.2 adapters. There is a fingerprint scanner on the side of the case. The novelty runs on Android 13 with a proprietary OneUI 5.1 interface. Buyers can choose between different color options for the smartphone case. The Galaxy F14 with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage costs around $160, while the variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM costs around $175.
