The mid-range mobile graphics accelerator has been tested in the Samsung NP960XFH laptop, which is set to become part of the updated Galaxy Book Pro line of laptops. Current laptop models in this series are based on 12th generation Intel vPro Core processors. The Core i7-13700H processor was mentioned as the heart of the updated model. This is an unreleased, next-gen, 14-core, 20-virtual-threads chip that consumes 45W.

In the PugetBench test for Premiere Pro, the GeForce RTX 4050 mobile graphics card scored 57.4 points. This is around 32% above the result of the current mobile graphics card GeForce RTX 3050.
