Samsung has officially announced the mid-range smartphone Galaxy M53 5G with the operating system Android 12 and Samsung’s proprietary add-on One UI 4.1. It is based on the MediaTek hardware platform.
The Dimensity 900 processor is used. The chip contains eight cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.4 GHz, an Arm Mali-G68 MC4 graphics accelerator and a 5G modem. The size of the LPDDR4x RAM is 6 GB. The 128 GB stick can be expanded with a microSD card.
The FHD+ Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O display measures 6.7 inches diagonally, has a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Used protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass.
There is a 32-megapixel camera on the front. The rear camera combines four modules: a 108-megapixel main unit, an 8-megapixel wide-angle element, a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor for collecting information about the depth of the scene.
There’s a side fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 802.11ax and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless adapters, a USB Type-C port, and an NFC controller. A 5000 mAh battery with support for 25 watt charging is responsible for power supply. The price is not specified.
