Rumours: Persona Target Platform Expansion won’t be limited to PC, Xbox and PlayStation

portal Siliconera notes that the European online store World of Games (WoG) has opened briefly on its website side unannounced Switch version of the Japanese role-playing game Persona 5 Royal.

Recall that the expanded edition of Persona 5 debuted in March 2020 (western version) on PS4 and will reach PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S and the game on October 21st Pass -Service (PC and Xbox).

According to the information already hidden on the WoG website, Persona 5 Royal is scheduled to see the light of day on the Nintendo Switch on the same day. The site also suggested that Deep Silver would be the publisher of the project, although the PS4 version of Royal was published in Europe by Sega.

As with previous installments in the series, Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden are also rushing to new platforms, but Switch isn’t one of them. Zippo insiders however insuredthat both games will also appear on the Nintendo hybrid console.

Expansion of the platform geography of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden is planned for 2023. Projects appear on PC (Microsoft Store), PS4, Xbox consoles, as well as in the Game Pass service. In addition, Portable will also debut on Steam.
