Apparently the upcoming addon will be called Dragonflight. The name has been highlighted in mentions of pre-orders (Basic, Heroic, and Epic), upgrades to the most complete editions, and a still-inactive domain dragonflight.blizzard.com.
Additionally, previous dataminers have unearthed clues to some of the items from the expansion. Specifically, a pet, magic items associated with dragons, and a mount (also a dragon).

Wowhead believes at least some of the references to Dragonflight are in the code “Pretty sure” was accidental, but it also allowed Blizzard Entertainment to mislead players.
