According to Grubb, Electronic Arts plans to release the new Dragon Age only on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, bypassing the previous generation consoles – PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

“By the time Dragon Age 4 is ready, the new consoles will have a sizable audience capable of turning games with blockbuster budgets into games with blockbuster sales.”– Grubb is sure.

In addition to Grubb’s revelations, Dragon Age points to the platform affiliation of the next LinkedIn profile former BioWare employee Daniel Nordlander.

On which systems the new Dragon Age will appear, Electronic Arts and BioWare have not yet announced. The official release of the game is expected not earlier than April 2022, and, according to rumors, the premiere is scheduled for 2023.
