Users of Immortal: And the Death that Follows will be offered to take on the role of the king of wisdom Fudo – the former overseer of the prison for the asuras (demigods), and now a prisoner there.

According to the plot, Fudo seeks to escape from the imprisonment of the kingdom of the titans and the tyranny of its creator, simultaneously uniting the asuras. The task will be complicated by other prisoners who dream of dealing with the ex-warden.

“The last spark of humanity, locked in his base, perverted soul. Will you yield to the power of the king of wisdom and choose the easy path, or will you fight for freedom to the very end? “ – the authors ask leading questions.

According to the developers, the gameplay of Immortal: And the Death that Follows is equally composed of elements of Mario and Mortal Kombat, and the game itself was inspired by fighting games and anime of the 90s.

Immortal: And the Death that Follows promises a combat system for intense duels and battles against hordes of enemies, the ability to develop your own style of battles, a unique visual style and “Downhole instrumental soundtrack”

Immortal: And the Death that Follows is slated to launch on Steam Early Access in 2023, with a full release expected in 2025 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch. A demo version of the game is announced for 2022.
