Revealed the characteristics of the first Oppo smartphone on the Dimensity 920 platform

Internet sources have published quite detailed information about a new smartphone, which is being prepared for release by the Chinese Oppo: we are talking about the first device of this company on the MediaTek Dimensity 920 platform.

The named processor is manufactured using 6-nanometer technology. It contains eight processing cores (Arm Cortex-A78 and Arm Cortex-A55) clocked at up to 2.5 GHz, an Arm Mali-G68 MC4 graphics accelerator, and a 5G modem.

So, it is reported that the first Oppo smartphone based on the Dimensity 920 will receive a 6.43-inch AMOLED FHD + display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a peak brightness of 1300 cd / m2.2… A fingerprint scanner will be located in the screen area.

The equipment will include 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a UFS 2.2 flash drive with a capacity of 128/256 GB. Power will be provided by a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh with support for fast 60-watt charging.

The rear will house a triple camera with a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor, a wide-angle unit based on an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor and a macro module. The front camera will include a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor.

The commercial name of the smartphone has not yet been announced. But its cost is known – from 310 to 360 US dollars, depending on the size of the flash memory.
