The mid-range smartphone Realme 9i made its debut, equipped with a display with a variable refresh rate. The device is equipped with the Android 11 operating system with the proprietary user interface Realme UI 2.0.

The device is based on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, whose configuration includes eight Kryo 265 cores with a clock rate of up to 2.4 GHz, an Adreno 610 graphics accelerator and a Snapdragon X11 LTE modem without support for 5G networks. The main memory is 6 GB. The 128 GB flash drive can be expanded with a microSD card.
The novelty has a 6.6-inch FHD + display with a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. Depending on the task at hand, this value can be reduced to 60, 50, 48 and 30 Hz.
A selfie camera based on a 16-megapixel sensor is installed in the front. The triple camera on the back combines a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel macro unit and a 2-megapixel sensor for information on the depth of the scene.
Power is supplied by a 5000 mAh battery with support for fast charging with 33 watts via the USB Type-C port. The smartphone will be offered in black and blue color options at an estimated price of $ 290.
