Raspberry Pi Mini Tower NAS enclosure turns Raspberry Pi 4 into a mini data storage

Network trader started take orders for a curious novelty – the Raspberry Pi Mini Tower NAS kit, which allows you to create a compact network storage system based on the Raspberry Pi 4 single-board computer.

The kit includes a 3D printed body and clear acrylic side panels. An informative 0.96-inch display with a resolution of 128 × 64 pixels on organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) is attached at an angle to the top of the case.

Another component of the kit is a 52-pi-ice-tower cooler in tower design. Its design includes a backlit fan and a 5mm diameter copper heat pipe.

The kit includes an expansion card for installing an M.2 2280 SATA SSD up to 2TB. A special GPIO adapter is also included to rotate the pin array 90 degrees and then connect the interface cable.

The Raspberry Pi Mini Tower NAS kit costs around $60. Raspberry Pi 4 single board computer sold separately. Recall that the product is powered by a Broadcom BCM2711 processor with four Cortex-A72 cores, a maximum of 8 GB of RAM, two micro-HDMI ports, two USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports, one USB Type-C port, a Gigabit Ethernet port and a microSD slot.
