Presents smartphone Honor X40 with a 120 Hz display and a powerful battery

The Honor brand has officially presented the X40 mid-range smartphone with the Android 12 operating system and the proprietary Magic UI 6.1 add-on. The device can already be pre-ordered, the actual sale starts on September 23rd.

The device is equipped with a 6.67-inch FHD + AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This panel folds onto the sides of the case. A fingerprint scanner is integrated directly into the display area.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor is installed: It contains eight Kryo 660 cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.2 GHz, an Adreno 619 accelerator and a Snapdragon X51 5G cellular modem. The amount of RAM is 6, 8 or 12 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 128 and 256 GB.

The front camera is based on an 8 megapixel sensor. On the back there is a dual camera with a 50 megapixel main unit (f / 1.8) and an auxiliary sensor with 2 million pixels.

It is powered by a 5100mAh battery with 40W fast charge support. There are adapters Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C connector. Dimensions are 162.9 × 74.5 × 7.43 mm, weight – 175 g.

The Honor X40 smartphone costs between $215 and $330 depending on the memory size.
